How To Place Your Facebook Like Box On The Side Of Your Blog Layout Using Gadgets For Maximum Visibilty

In this tutorial you will learn how to place your Facebook Like Box on the side of your blog layout using gadgets for maximum visibility by your visitors.

Of course you can place them anywhere you want but studies have shown that placing them on the top right hand side of your blog page is the most efficient and effective way to get your visitors and readers to see it.

Now let's start the tutorial. First thing you need to do is have your Facebook Like Box code ready. If you don't know how to get your Facebook Like Box code go to my other tutorial on "How To Place A Facebook Like Box In Your Blog To Gain More Fans".

Now that you have your Facebook Like Box code ready, go to your Blogger dashboard and click on "Layout".

Next, click on "Add Gadget"

A pop-up dialog box will show up that looks like the image below. Look for "HTML/JavaScript" and click the "blue box with a plus sign" to add it.

Next you will see this screen. This is where you can paste your Facbook Like Box code. Notice that there is an input box for Title. That one is an option. You can type any title that you want or you can leave it blank. After that click on "Save".

After you click "Save", you will go back to your "Layout" section on your dashboard. First, click on "Save Arrangement" and second click on "View Blog" to see how it would look like.

Congratulations! You have finally placed a Facebook Like Box on the top right column of your blog.
